The Erasmus+ Project ‘Careers for Carers’ (CforC), addresses the challenges in recruiting personnel for the personal services sector, specifically focusing on healthy ageing. The primary objectives of CforC are to attract and train young individuals for careers in elderly care, offering valuable insights and employment guidance.

  1. Raise Awareness: Through an innovative approach, the project aims to develop an escape game centered on elderly care, targeting young audiences to create awareness about the rewarding nature of working with the elderly.
  2. Training Courses: Implementing comprehensive training courses and a digital platform, the project aims to equip young people with the necessary knowledge, skills, and competencies required for a fulfilling career in healthy ageing and elderly care.
  3. Best Practice Resources: Developing a best practice booklet serves as a valuable resource for career design and Vocational Education and Training (VET) providers, offering insights and tools for effective training in the healthy ageing sector.
