CAREdiZO: CARE Driven Innovation for Gender mainstreaming in Home, Micro-Enterprises & Micro-CSOs

The “CAREdiZO” project aims to tackle the gender care gap by promoting a gender-transformative approach in Home, Micro-enterprises, Micro-civil social organizations (CSOs), as well as raising the awareness of the whole society. Through utilizing innovative digital tools such as a community of practice, online living lab/co-creation workshops, two serious games, an e-course, trainings and a series of podcasts, the “CAREdiZO” project wishes to promote family-friendly practices in enterprises, encourage equal sharing of informal care at home, promote men to take parental-paternity leave to empower their role in care and family, raise awareness of the value of care work and reflect on the appreciation of the skills needed for that. With partners from Bulgaria, Cyprus, Greece and Lithuania, the “CAREdiZO” project aims to play a vital part in a future where women and men will be able to care for their beloved ones on equal terms.
